Frequently asked questions
Does it work with YouTube videos?
Paste a link to a public YouTube video and we make the transcript, chapters, summary, notes and quiz without downloading the video, and it plays in the YouTube player. It can be evaluated too, but the scoring uses only the transcript, so voice and camera items are marked as lacking evidence.
Guide to uploading and importing videos (Korean)Do students need to create an account?
No. Students who get a Mindpack link can watch and ask questions right away, without signing up. They need an account to join a course with its code and hand in assignments.

Every score is shown with the evidence behind it: the words actually spoken and the time in the video.
Do student reactions count toward the evaluation?
For now, questions and reactions feed only into the Mindpack analysis, not the evaluation score. We use them only as evidence of where students found things hard.
Can I see where students got stuck?
Yes. The questions and reactions students leave at each moment stack up on the video timeline, so you can see which parts they struggled with. Click a timestamp and that scene plays right away, so you can decide what to explain again.
How accurate is the transcript?
Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, how much people talk over each other, and technical terms. For important quotes, numbers and names, click the time in the transcript and check them against the original video.
How much does it cost?
There are two teacher plans. Basic is ₩19,900 a month for 600 lecture minutes, 3 evaluations and 400 AI tutor answers. Pro is ₩49,000 a month for 2,000 lecture minutes, 10 evaluations and 1,000 answers. When you sign up, you can try 60 lecture minutes and 1 evaluation for free, and if you go over your allowance, you keep going with credits. A yearly plan costs the same as ten months, and the chapters, summaries, notes, quizzes and translated captions in each Mindpack are all included.
